Founder & Education Lead

As a pharmacist, educator, and medication-safety advocate, Marcia founded SimplifiRx to bridge the gap between patients and providers. She translates complex clinical evidence into practical guidance that helps patients better understand their medications, nutrition considerations, and treatment plans.

Ajit Chary

MD Medical Director 

Dr. Chary provides clinical oversight for SimplifiRx's therapeutic pathways, helping ensure that our education, care coordination, and patient support programs align with current medical standards. His expertise guides our anticoagulation, cardiometabolic, and chronic disease management initiatives.

Diana Kneifati, PharmD

Clinical Pharmacist

Dr. Diana Kneifati is a licensed Florida pharmacist with over five years of experience in retail, specialty, mail-order, and hospital pharmacy. A Doctor of Pharmacy graduate with honors from LECOM School of Pharmacy, she specializes in medication therapy management, patient education, immunizations, anticoagulation support, and medication safety, helping patients achieve better outcomes through informed and coordinated care.
