SimplifiRx offers educational, nutritional, and consultation-based services designed to improve medication safety and patient awareness.
Because our services include both digital educational products and personalized consultations, the refund policy differs by product category.

By purchasing or booking through SimplifiRx (including this website, the SimplifiRx Patient Portal, Provider Portal, or GoHighLevel platform), you agree to the following terms.


2. Digital Products (eBooks, CME Courses, and Guides)

All downloadable educational materials — including eBooks, CME modules, guides, and PDFs — are non-refundable once delivered.

Reason: Immediate digital access constitutes full delivery of the purchased content.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, SimplifiRx will gladly assist with re-delivery or replacement at no cost.

3. Consultations & Educational Sessions

Cancellation Window: Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time.

Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Missed sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

SimplifiRx reserves consultation time exclusively for you; last-minute changes impact scheduling availability for other patients and providers.


4. Memberships & Portal Subscriptions

SimplifiRx memberships and provider-portal subscriptions renew on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan.

You may cancel any time via your account dashboard or by emailing support.

Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Partial-period refunds are not issued after renewal has processed.

In case of technical billing errors or duplicate charges, a full correction or refund will be processed promptly.


5. Physical Products (Daily Gummy Bites and Supplement Items)

SimplifiRx nutritional products are manufactured and packaged to strict quality standards.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).

Opened or partially used products are non-returnable for safety and quality assurance reasons.

Damaged or defective shipments will be replaced at no cost upon proof of damage within 7 days of receipt.
